The whole experience was fantastic. I enjoyed the hotel, it's beautiful and the location is stunning to the cove. We had a beautiful view from our room and there were comfortable lounge chairs where we could relax and watch TV. the accommodation was very clean and we had our own bedroom and bathroom. the owners provided cereal, yoghurt, milk, croissants, tea and coffee each morning, which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was also stunning and tranquil, offering a peaceful and serene environment.

We were not informed about the rules regarding eating in the room and there was no suitable space available for us to prepare a sandwich or even eat our breakfast comfortably. the room lacked blockout curtains, resulting in lots of blue and yellow lights in the room at night, keeping us awake.

Whenever we go to Portree, we always choose to stay at this lovely place.

I absolutely loved my stay at this wonderful hotel in Portree. The value for money was excellent, with spacious and clean rooms that had amazing views. The location was perfect, with a peaceful and rural setting that allowed me to fully relax.

The only improvement I would suggest is to have a designated area for breakfast instead of having to eat it in the room.

The host, Janice, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the island. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I had a fantastic time at Balmoral Skye and would highly recommend it.
